Reckon One Bank Feed Stopped Working

Bank feed has never worked properly, it brings in 4-5 transactions per month and leaves the rest. There is at least 2 transactions in July 2018 and nothing is coming through the bank feed!

It is a Westpac account

Please help!!

    Hello Gemma,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    We've refreshed your bankdata connection and you should now see transactions in the Transactions from Bank tab.  

    Also, go to cogwheel > Settings > Book Settings, and in the BankData retrieve last field, adjust the number of days to download to match your needs and download allowance.

    Hi John
    I am in the same situation
    My Westpac feeds - sometimes work - sometimes they disconnect and I have to request them again
    I really make Reckon One less than worthwhile
