STP Files Disappeared

Hi Rav,
I also am having problems resubmitting files. My problem is that I need to update 2 events as I had not registered Reckon with the ATO. Once I registered and submitted the files again they have all gone over perfectly. However the first 2 Pay runs that I did on 3/07 and 10/07 have disappeared from the saved files and Reckon is only showing the last 4 pay runs. How do I see all pay runs please so I can recreate the STP files.

    In particular, take a look at the 3 case scenarios that are outlined in the article.

    Hi Deanne.
    What I have been able to do: You can re process the stp file to correspond with the missing dates.
    Go to the employees tab, click on "process single touch payroll" change the date to one of the missing dates, in your case 03/07 check the full replacement box, then when you choose lodge change the "json" file name slightly. For example I add an "A" to the name so I know which file to submit. For example: STP-20180702A.json
