Reckon One Timesheet - No billable option

For some reason, all my timesheet entries are unbillable. The billable tickbox is not even available (See pic). Can anyone assist?image

    Wow, 2 months ago, no-one answered, shame as I have the same problem, thinking about moving from myob desktop but if it is this difficult I will pass, shame because the price is good.

    Only the Track Time and Expenses - Medium option has the billable feature. The Lite option doesn't. I called the customer helpline to resolve this. This community website is not very useful. Hope this helps.
