I renewed my subscription to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2018 in June 2018. A month or so ago I downloaded the 2019 Upgrade and attempted to install it. I was told to uninstall the earlier version which I did.I then loaded the 2019 version and it asked for a Key. The only one I have is from June 2018 so I entered that but it failed. Where do I get a Key for the 2019 version?

Your installation key code is listed in the Members Area. Just log in with your Customer ID & PIN.
