How do I install my 2019 renewal / upgrade. I have downloaded the software but it will not install.

I am trying to install Reckon 2019 from a DVD into Windows 10. My 2018 installation has expired.
When I load the disk, it asks me if I want to run the autorun program, to which I answer yes.
The program opens a Windows Explorer window which has a heading "Application Tools", and then nothing happens.
I do not know what to do next.
