I have 2 error codes, -6000 and -80. What does this mean?

It happens when I try to open one of my company profiles. Please help!!

Hi Kirsten,
Which Reckon software are you using?
Are you operating a networked environment with Reckon Accounts?
There are a couple of Knowledgebase articles relating to this error message which might be a good starting point -
Error -6177, 0 or -6000, -83 when opening a company file on a network
Error opening a company file on a QBi network

Hi Rav. Thanks for your reply. I am running QuickBooks Contractors Edition, 2012-13. The lap top on which the program is installed is on a network. It only happens on one of the company profiles though, not both.
