BAS Codes

I am currently doing my first BAS in Reckon Hosted. Can anyone advise how to add the tax codes to the BAS so they are saved and don't have to be entered everytime. Also, the printing of reports seems to take a long time - are they working on fixing this at any stage. I am currently on hold for over 15 minutes to Reckon Hosted??
