Brand new to Reckon.  A new client is using what they describe as "Reckon Accounts Professional".

I have very basically used Reckon Hosted in the past.  Where does Reckon Accounts Professional sit in the product range?

Is it desktop only?  If so, can it be updated to cloud?
How do bank feeds work?

Reckon Accounts Pro is a former desktop edition in our Reckon Accounts Business range. As its locally installed on a PC, its offline based rather than a cloud edition. Our two cloud options are Reckon Accounts Hosted and Reckon One.
