We are an accounting firm and only have a single login to Reckon accounts hosted that contains all of our client files. Is there a way to go about gaining additional logins?

Hi thanks Michelle. But I do not want to create a user to a company file. I want an additional login to access all company files with a new log in.

Hi Nick - perhaps contact Reckon Professional Partner support?  I believe that Accounting firms who are Professional Partners are allowed 3 logins?

Hi Nick.  You will need to purchase an extra licence for each person that you want to setup.  I am aware of one accounting firm that has a number of licences which are then shared amongst different users.  The number of licences you need depends on the number of people that you want to be able to login to your Reckon Accounts site at the same time.

Hi Nick a possible solution depending on whether you're doing end of year stuff or you need to be able to be in there on a regular basis. I do a lot of NFPs so it's audits at EOFY and what I do is finalise the books; depreciation and all the other stuff and then create a backup, download it and send it to them and they use it a desktop version, it's quicker.

On the other hand if your clients have their own login to access their data file then why not just get them to set you up as an extra user and then you login on their account.3
