Help with my Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2019 LIcense.

I need help with my Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2019 License. I just renewed the license a few weeks ago, but today I cannot open the application. I am getting the message that my license has expired and I have to renew before proceeding. I have tried to log into my account and see if there is an update, but to no avail. Any ideas, short of paying another fee?
