How do I find my Software ID? I use Accounts Plus desktop. I've looked at the instructions Rav gave but the page looks nothing like my mine - no mention of GovConnect anywhere.

Hi Michelle,
GovConnect is within the Reckon Portal rather than in your Reckon accounting software. Have you created a Reckon Portal account as yet? If not, you can do so here https://portal.reckon.com and go through the setup of your GovConnect service which handles STP lodgements.
