calculating superannuation on travel allowance

Travelling allowance is not being included in the total to calculate superannuation for one employee for the last two pay runs. Prior to this everything worked fine. I am wondering if somehow I  accidentally changed a setting when checking employee details for STP? Not sure how to correct, any suggestions?

    SGC is calculated on OTE only, you might want to check what allowances do attract super!

    Hey Alison, are you sure super is supposed to be paid on travel allowance?

    Alison - once you are sure as suggested above - go back to your payroll items - the travel allowance would have needed to edited to ensure the correct Tax tracking type was checked for STP... and maybe this changed caused the travel allowance to become unticked from your super items?  Check all your super items and go to the last screen of each - and see if the Travel allowance has become unticked for inclusion in super calculations?
