I can't see my Company & Advisor details in Gov Connect

I have registered for Gov Connect and added my company which I can see in Gov Connect. When I select Company & Advisor I am unable to see my Software ID number, nothing comes up on the screen. I am using Reckon Accounts Hosted. Please advise what steps I can take to solve this problem.

    You need to verify the company first in reckon portal . Once verified open the company and on the top right hand corner you will see company and adviser info.

    Hi Kristy - can you post a screen dump of what you see?  when you did the Verify ABN on the step before the Company & Advisor button appears - was this successful?
