GovConnect STP and linking my reckon software?

Hi, I have watched the webinar and have signed up to Govconnect STP, but it didnt ask me to set up my MFA, and i cant link my reckon accounts 2019, please help, thank you

    Hi Fee,
    When you set up the GovConnect service initially it would have asked you to set up Multi-Factor Authentication using either Google Authenticator or SMS. It won't set up the service without MFA being registered.

    When you log into your Reckon Portal account and click on GovConnect on the left, it should immediately ask you to either setup MFA or enter your MFA code from the authenticator you've set up. Can you let me know what is happening for you?
