Hi Grant,
Is this on the GovConnect service for STP?
If so, what is the ABN you've registered?
Also, can you confirm if the email address you're using for your Reckon Portal account is the same email address you've registered on this Community account?0 -
Hi ray, we are using the free reckon ap recommended by ato . The email address is same for both. I have attached the screen shot of the wrong abn

I've deleted that ABN from the app. If you're still logged in, please log out from the app (Settings > Logout) and then close it in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.
Give it a couple of minutes and then sign back in, it will take you through setting up the company/ABN again.
