set emails to send automatically in hosted

Hi 
I have created a new file because our file was way too big.  In the old file when we sent payslips it would automatically send them.  In this new file, it asks me to click on send for each one.  I can not find anywhere where I change that?  any suggestions would be helpful.

    Go to Edit - then Preferences - choose Online - then Company preferences - untick the box that says display each email before sending.
