Hi all,
This message means that at some point previously you've entered a figure into the app that is more than 2 decimal places. In Elena's example, its in the Superannuation field.
What you need to do is create an adjustment in the app (Pay Run screen > Blue + symbol > New Adjustment) to bring that figure to a valid 2 decimal figure. For example, if the figure that shows in the error message is $143.877 in the Super field, then create an adjustment for -$0.007 to bring this figure to a valid 2 decimal figure.0 -
Hi Rav - I don't know about Elana - but I haven't - everything is only 2 decimal places?0
-
Yes, the app won't show it in the field after the fact but if you've received the same or similar message such as Elena's, then an adjustment is required to bring the figure in the relevant field back to a valid 2 decimal value.0

Does it also mean if you have had the error once - that all submissions past that date will be incorrect as well - until you have fixed that initial adjustment??0
-
What status are the other submissions in? If they're in Error, what is the error message for those specific submissions? I'm assuming they'll be the same or similar message so it does need to be corrected.0

Thanks Rav - I still don't know how it happened in the first place but I have corrected it.0

I will post a new question but i have had similar issues and need guidance on how to deal with "error/declined". Sometimes no message is given......0
