Help with missing account info

Missing  10  years of info from 1 account  all other accounts  are  okay  using  Personal plus  2019

    I have no explanation for your loss. I would try (super) validate or go to a backup.

    Could you have hidden the account, although you indicated the transactions were lost ?

    How many transactions? Did you delete them?

    Maerwen, Have you opened the right (most recent) file? I remember doing something somewhat related on a different edition and I had opened the wrong file because I had named them so similar to each other
