payroll leave accrual

Payslip Accrual Incorrect! I had an employee that went on Annual Leave but ended up in hospital so I modified his payslip to Sick Leave for 1 week. Now his payslip hasn't re-instated the 40hrs. In his employee profile it shows the correct amount but not the payslip. Eg payslip 5hrs - Profile 45hrs accrual. How do I rectify his payslip accrual???

In my experience it won’t change a payslip that has already been generated until the next one, check the figures and they should be ok0

Thanks for your reply but I've run 2 more weekly payslips and the 40 hrs still hasn't re-instated. Help!0
