STP file won't upload in Reckon Portal

Hi there, I have been successfully uploading my STP files in the Reckon Portal until last week.  When I select UPLOAD  then REPORT TYPE - New Pay Run and click CONFIRM, it takes me to find the file which I then select but it doesn't upload and just goes back to the REPORT TYPE CANCEL or CONFIRM option again.  Can anyone help please?  Thanks.

    Hi Karen

    (You’ve posted your question in the Reckon Accounts Hosted (RAH) category rather than Reckon Accounts (RA) so am assuming you’re using RAH ? )

     

    Unlike RA - because RAH is on Reckon’s servers (rather than on your local PC) - you need to have “downloaded” the STP File from Reckon’s server (the Q Drive) to your local PC drive (eg your C Drive) first

    You do this by clicking on the main Briefcase floating Icon button to access the “Download” Icon (the one in the screenshot with the downward arrow)

     

    Once you’ve saved the File locally, it will then be visible to “Upload” it within the Reckon Portal process (as the Reckon Portal is online)
