Using email addresses for bulk letter

I would like to send out a Christmas letter to each of our customers using the email addresses listed in Reckon. Does anyone have  any ideas how I can go about this please?

    Not certain if this works, but have you considered exporting your Customer details and using the fields in this as a database for a Word Mail Merge

    You have the option of using the letter templates with Reckon but they are not very customisable. It may suit your purpose

    Thank you. This  actually worked! I exported my customer files to Excel and then copied the email addresses to a new Excel file. I then explored Mail Merge (an experience in itself seeing as I've never used this before) and managed to get a letter out.  Ill store this info for another time!
