Can't log back into by Hosted account

I was logged into file and it had a connection error now it won't let me log it says the log in has failed that i am already logged in but im not..support aren't open can anyone help

Sharelle - this will usually fix the problem:
1. Log into Reckon Hosted as usual
2. Then, instead of clicking on Launch Accounts 2019 R2, click on Control Panel instead.
3. On the left hand side, under System Maintenance click on Log off remote sessions
4. Then click on Log off session. You might have to do this a couple of times.
5. Click on Logout near top right hand corner.
6. Close down the browser tab
7. Close down your browser
8. Restart your browser and try logging in again and you should be back in action.
