transferring account to new owner

I currently have reckon one core medium and payrol lite and am wanting to transfer my account to a new owner of my business. Can someone please advice where I can find help on this.

Not sure you can do it. Why do you want to any way?

I am selling my business mid way through the financial year. It also saves the new owner from having to enter all the employee information again.

They're buying a business and they're too lazy to spend a few hours setting up their own company file. Hmmm. I think they're in for a bit of a shock. Seriously it's not that difficult. I could do it in an hour. All the information in the file is specific to a particular ABN. There's a reason for this.

In Reckon One there is an option to do Ownership transfer of the Book. Please note that to perform an ownership transfer they should have a Reckon Customer Portal. Joydeep that's perverse. If I was selling my business there is no way I would be giving access to all my financials to another person. It's never been part of a contract of sale I've seen.
