keypad reckon hosted

I am using reckon hosted on my ipad 7th generation but the keyboard wont come up and is not an option in the toolbox menu so I cant even log in?

    Surely that's an IPad problem rather than a Reckon problem ?

    The keyboard on iPad works in every other application or online platform though

    3 finger tap on screen will bring it up

    Works for me every time, I use Safari browser. Just tap on the screen gently using 3 fingers
