      Hi Per,
      Just added this in Personal Plus 2019 a few minutes ago and it seemed to work with the following the configuration. What is happening specifically on your attempts?

      I could not enter via the account, but it worked when I looked it up

      I am not sure what happened but I got different codes when I entered cl even before I entered the w. I then used the update tab, and like you,it did not work. It worked when I entered all three characters.
