Exit code 1603 when trying to install upgrade to Home and Business 2020

Error code 1603 received when trying to install Home and Business 2020 upgrade. I have uninstalled all previous versions.

    I have the same problem - started with an error 1603 - problem installing Flash Player 8

    Have uninstalled Flash Player 8 as requested and also have ticked box for the net 3.5
