Anyway to delete a Reckon GovConnect STP Entry - Jobkeeper issue

Hey all. This JobKeeper stuff is awfully confusing.

Anyway i followed the Reckon email on how to add the new items for the allowance and process the PayRun
Seemed to get through it okay and submitted it via the GovConnect STP link.

Problem is i never noticed it did not have any figures in there. IE: I believe it was supposed to show the allowance figures of $1500 for the fortnight. Mine has nothing and its already been submitted.
I cant see anyway of deleting it so i can do it again.
Any ideas as too how i can fix it.

If i go through and fix the pay run and simply re-submit it, will that work ?

I know Reckon are doing a Live Webinar today on this subject but i was unable to view. Hopefully that webinar becomes available by tomorrow.

    An update. I have gone back through and amended the pay runs to show the correct JobKeeper allowances.

    Problem is there are now 2 entries for same pay runs.  Picture below

    Can i assume the Tax Office are smart enough to know i made a mistake and will only process the 2nd Correct ones. Clearly there is no way to delete them after sending via GovConnect
