Please help community manager. Employee information updated on Reckon but not with the ATO.

So I've recently updated some information about one of my employees on the Reckon app but has yet to be recognised by the ATO.
How does this updated information get through to the ATO, and how can I make sure that it has already been sent?

Please provide more insight. which reckon app? payroll app/ free stp app? what employee information you have updated ? Is it regarding stp? what is the current status?
