Reckon Hosted Desktop is responding very slowly and also freezing out for a short period of time

Anybody experiencing slow access and completely frozen reckon hosted

Yes I have been struggling with it for a week or so. I have rebuilt and verified with nothing wrong.1

Yes! Me! It went very slow so I thought to turn off and reboot, now I've got a blank screen1

We have tried rebooting too and it doesnt seem to fix it. I find with having 2 screens that if I go to the other screen and return to the screen with reckon it is frozen for a short period of time0
