Renewal Invoice Not Received

My Reckon Account Personal Plus 2020 expires in 3 days time, however I haven't received my renewal invoice yet, and when I login using last years details, it doesn't show any unpaid invoices. When I tried calling, I just get the you've called outside office hours, but don't get any indication what the office hours are.

When I logged in last night, there was no unpaid invoice available to pay, however it is now there.0
