My STP for finalising the year is showing $0.00 for Reckon Accounts Hosted 2019 R2

I have followed the instructions and it's still coming up as $0.00, what am I doing wrong?

    that is correct - the finalise year STP run is not a "pay event" so does not report any new payments to employees, so you expect the amounts on the summary page to be zero.

    However if you drill down into the detail you should see the full year totals for each employee
