Accounts Hosted forgotten user name

I've got an old set of books I need to access and I cannot recall my user name or password as the admin for those books. How can I recover them?

Claire.  If you cannot remember them, then you have only one choice if you want to access the file and that is to contact Reckon, who will ask you to give them access to the file and from that they will be able to fix this.  This will unfortunately cost you money to fix your problem.

Thanks John. There wasn't much in it and I was only hoping to extract the data to have on record so looks like I'll just ignore the handful of expenses I'd entered and start from scratch for 2020/21
