tax payable on balance sheet not matching tax summary report

So are tax payable report in balance sheet isn't matching the tax summary report, Found the problems was that we made a journal entry and that figure isn't appearing to record in the balance sheet as a NCG? I have attached screen shots of this was wondering how do i fix that?image

    Yes, journal entries do not work.  As it is a payment from the bank account, delete the journal and enter as a payment.  That should fix it.
