Reinstall Personal Plus 2015 on PC after reformatting

I had to re-format the PC on which I was already using Reckon Personal Plus 2015. I installed the software and entered the Installation Key Code. It says "it does not appear to be the same computer...". I need to re-install the product. The OS was and is Windows 10 Home. The product gives me two steps. Not sure what to do next. Any suggestions?

Last time I did that I rang the company and was given a new Key Code.
