WINDOWS10 UPGRADE ISSUES

I am using Reckon Personal Plus 2020 and have just upgraded to Windows 10 and onto a new computer. I re-installed the software and restored my accounts from my backup file apparently successfully. I now find that I am getting some intermittent and seemingly unrelated problems.
1. The program is often freezing on startup and then restarts successfully after Windows closes it.
2. When backing up one of my accounts, I am getting a failure message and Reckon closes down after sending an error file to support.
3. I am unable to process a Transfer between accounts. When I enter the appropriate data and hit "OK" the system is cancelling the transaction.
The product is still working successfully on the old platform so I am not sure how to proceed.

Just a small suggestion, right click on the shortcut and select Run as Administrator- if it makes a difference it’s easy to make this a permanent change0

Thanks Gerry - I am using Windows 8.1 and have no problems. Eventually I will have to upgrade to Windows 10 so I was trying to gain an understanding of any future upgrade issues0
