Employees income statement not showing the correct STP figures

I have 1 employee in which their income statement via MyGov is not showing the correct amounts and is also stating "Not tax ready".  I have completed the end of year finalisation and the correct amount is showing on my end.  No other employees have reported this problem.  Would it be a problem with their MyGov Account?

Thanks Kevin. I have completed the EOFY.  All other employees, as far as I'm aware, are showing as 'tax ready'. Just the 1 employee is having this issue.

Hi Berry, I have the same issue. The finalise year STP has been uploaded, but when I checked the STP submission, it is missing 6 staff. Those 6 staff status is "Not Tax Ready"

Should I download the finalise year for those 6 staff and resubmit the finalise year to STP?

    Hi Berry/Deborah

How long between finalising & checking?

You don’t want to submit duplications & inadvertently cause doubling of figures.

Bear in mind, everyone is finalising at the moment so - in some cases - it may take several days for this to be reflected at the employee’s end (in their myGov)

I would give it up to a week & then have employee check the status.

    Thank you Shaz.

Time between was 1 week.  I think it may be the employees my gov account as it is only showing 1700 earnings for the year but they made over 40000 (even if there is a delay with the finalising, the correct earnings should be showing).

The finalisation I uploaded shows the correct figures and they are only employee to come forward with this problem and I have asked around with other employees and they have no problems.  I'm waiting to hear back whether they have contacted the ATO themselves.

    Thanks Shaz.

The issue is when the finalise year file was uploaded to STP, it is missing 6 staff.

I have re-uploaded those 6 missing staff over the weekend, and it is now showing on their myGov. I did not submit the full file, just in case it would be doubled up in myGov.

I checked my myGov, there is a new pre-fill code, but the data remains the same. So all good now :)
