Quicken Personal 2010 expired

My Quicken Personal 2010 has expired. Have been given a new licence key code however when using the option to apply the renewal manually I just get a message box stating "Quicken licence renewal has failed". Have contacted reckon again and been given the same key again and still no success.

20 years of data unavailable - Anyone able to assist?
