Jobkeeper

My colleague had set up a pay run to only include the allowance to end Jobkeeper but because there are no dollar values in the pay run she is unable to lodge it through the GovConnect.
When I look at the payrun in STP there are no details. Could you please advise how to fix this? The employee has left in Dec 2020 and we need to let ATO know that we will only receive 2 jobkeeper payments for her in December instead of 2.

I had the same problem and it took me forever to get it correct so that it appeared on the STP file, sent a replacement file but as in similar instances in the past the Finish date didn’t go through to ATO so I will do what I have done twice before, ring the ATO and declare Dec over the phone and adjust the employee status
