Class tracking on super payments
I have a problem with some of our super payments not tagging to the class that has been assigned to the payroll earnings line.
I have tried changing the class on the earnings line to see if it would refresh, and it hasnt.
Any ideas why this may be occuring? and how do I remedy this?

Barbara. Does this relate to employees who have more than one pay item with different classes associated with each line?
My experience in the past was that Reckon could not allocate super across more than one class.

I am conscious of this, however there is only one class in this case

Barbara. Also check your preferences - Payroll & Employees> Company Preferences>. What have you got ticked against Job Costing. It seems that it is possible, from what you are saying, that you might need to have a tick against Earnings Item.

Actually find the issue, on the payroll item list, the super item needs to have ticked "Track expenses by job" - this will pick up the class now. Thanks for the lightbulb moment
