Rebuilding my data - Reckon Hosted

When running a back up the process paused advising me I had to do a rebuild.
I started the rebuild and I received a message saying that I have "duplicate list elements".
I am unable to locate the QBWIN file to check what the errors / duplicates are.
Can someone please advise next course of action ?
Cheers ,
Geoff

Hi Geoff, welcome to the Reckon Community.
Can you let me know what is happening specifically when you attempt to open the QBWIN.log file to view the duplicate elements ie. are you encountering an error message when trying to open it etc?

Hi @Joffa
Ok, that log doesn't tell us much of anything in regard to the duplicate list elements unfortunately.
At this stage, my recommendation would be for you to get in touch with our Reckon Accounts Hosted technical support team on 1300 799 150 so that a technician can download a copy of your file and run a Verify in Reckon Accounts Enterprise which is the desktop equivalent of Accounts Hosted. They will also be able to review the QBWIN.log file that is created in Enterprise to confirm the duplicate list elements as that log file will have more info pertaining to them.

Hi Joffa,
A duplicate List warning is not a big problem and it would not affect the accuracy of reports generated from that data file.
It is still a good idea to identify and resolve the issue.
We recommend that you request a data service and we can perform a free analysis to identify the duplicate records.
Or you can perform the backup but select the No Verification option.
