Hello Community my internet disconnected while I was working on reckon hosted file. I can not back into the working file as it is already open. It told me to open in under new user. Can anyone assist me to open my existing file.

    Log into the Control Panel (instead of Launch Accounts), then

    click on Log off remote sessions

    then log off any remote, sessions, click on refresh to ensure all have been deleted

    then click on Logout (near top right hand corner)

    close the browser tab you have been using, shut down your browser, then re-open it and start again. This usually fixes the problem.
