Free Trial Donwload not working - Personal Plus

I have recommended Reckon PP to a friend and suggested they download a free trial (30d) and give it a run. They said after much frustration they have given up because the download link just times out. Is this a known issue? Does Reckon intend to fix it?

    Hi @AFXDES

    I just tested it out via the link above and while it did process a little slower than we'd ideally like it did get through the download.

    I used Google Chrome and also tested on Firefox as well with the same result. Are you able to ask your friend to give it another go today perhaps using one of the browsers that I did (if they weren't already).

    Let me know how you get on.
