Unable to log in
I am frequently getting this message and more so in the past fortnight. There is no one else logged in as I am the only user. It seems to happen when Reckon loses connection with the server. I have tried closing the internet using the task manager and restarting the computer. Sometimes it locks me out for a couple of hours and then miraculously resets itself. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution that I could try please.

hve you tried logging off all remote sessions in the control panel

I haven't tried that but I shall the next time it locks me out. Thank you.

This happens as a result of just closing the browser window rather than “logging out” because the session is still active.
As Kris suggests, if you log into the platform, instead of then launching Hosted, click on the Control Panel, then Log Off Remote Sessions first.
Remember to exit out of the actual file & “Log Out” when you finish each time ☺️
