DVD Install problem on Win10

Our Club purchased a New Reckon Accounts Plus 2016 from a Reseller Ausoft, about a month ago and it will not Install on Windows 10. It was bought so we could upgrade from 2013 Reckon, and also put it on a New Computer the Club had bought.

It is being Loaded on a New MSI Laptop with Windows 10 preloaded, and it seems to read and progress until near the end when it always gives an Error Msg = Error 1920.Service QuickBooks Database Manager Service (QBCFMonitorService) failed to Start.

I have tried the install with All Windows closed, Virus Scan Off, Firewall Off, and even Wi-Fi Off, without any success or change of Error Message.

I was a Computer hardware & software Tech, so I cleaned and inspected the Dvd 1st, and have also since successfully read it, showing 4.27 G can be read, with no errors on the whole Dvd.

This Reckon Accounts Plus 2016 boxed Dvd had no separate instructions, but I had read the Getting Started instructions, mentioned on the Dvd box.

The DVD supplied is named Business Range 2016, not Reckon Accounts Plus 2016, does this make a difference, and the box states Full Version, 1 User Licence.

I think it is a Dud DVD ? Or something else very puzzling ?

Has anyone else had similar problems? Any help would be appreciated.
