STP file is not showing in list of successful loaded


Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2020. I am are unable to see the successfully uploaded STP file in our GovConnect portal. The file creates successfully within Reckon Accounts Desktop and appears to upload correctly too as there is a green bar at the top of the Gov Connect portal that says Success, as attached, but the file fails to appear in the list of successfully uploaded files. I have added products Reckon One & reckon accounts hosted and none of these are working.

If you’re using Reckon Accounts Enterprise, you need to add the Reckon Accounts (Desktop) product tile & you will then see it listed under that ☺️

Thank you for your response. I have entered the previous data on the desktop and they have worked. But haven't been able to upload data successfully since April.
I just get a green bar up the top saying success and it won't show up on the table below.

Make sure you click on the “Reckon Accounts” product tile at the top of the screen.
(Annoyingly) the default table display is the order in which you’ve added the products so you need to click on this one every time to view the uploads.
