Transfers between bank account and asset account

I have Reckon Home and Business 2021 installed on my desktop. A 30k Term deposit matured and I wanted to transfer $10k back into the bank account and open a new $20k TD but the software is showing that new TD opened for $20k but no funds added to create it. So my market value is $20k less than my cost base.


How do I resolve this problem so no problem occurs with auditor on existing data as at 30 June 2021?
