Trying to transfer my Company Information from Quickbooks Pro to Reckon

Good afternoon Reckon Community,

I am trying to transfer my Company Information from my very old Quickbooks Pro to my Reckon software via Quickbooks Pro Professional 2007/08.

I have successfully downloaded Quickbooks Pro Professional 2007/08 onto my PC and can open the software but when I go to open the Company File it comes up with an Update Information message (please see Screenshot attached).

Therefore can you please provide me with the Update as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi Simon, I might need to speak to our tech support team about this one but before that, can you let me know the specific version of Quickbooks Pro that you started off with eg. 2002, 2003, 2004 etc etc

Also, prior to the current 2007/08 version that you're stuck at, did you run your file through any other intermediary versions prior to it?
