Having trouble entering Gross Earnings

Hi, I have migrated to the new Reckon Payroll App and trying to do a pay run. After entering all the employee details it takes me to Pay run summary with 'no edit' or '+' sign button to enter Gross earnings. Can you please assist?

if one employee works 10 hours weekday, rates $ 28/ hour, 5 hours Saturday rates $ 33/ hour, how to enter the amount?

I have another question, I have submitted a dulicate pay run accidentally for the same dates. How can it be deleted on the new Payroll app.

Hi Denise,

Submissions that have already been sent to the ATO cannot be deleted however with that said, Single Touch Payroll is reported on a Year to Date basis only. This means that if your submissions are the same, then the balances won't be doubled up as the YTD is the same.

You can continue from your next new pay run as normal.

I pay monthly and I am struggling to figure out how to break every thing down to now indicate hourly earnings. Can this be changed to reflect monthly or yearly salaries?
