Company file could not be found

I have tried to get into my Reckon Account and I have an error message coming up saying the company fie you have selected could not be found.

I was just in these accounts last week!

We dont have the latest version as we dont use reckon anymore but I need to be able to get into my old accounts still.

Please help!

    Hi @JessGuy

    Where are you company files located on your PC and have there been any changes to the file/folder structure, or anything else for that matter?

    Click on File ➡️ Open or Restore Company and then navigate to where your file is saved and the open it. Does it open as normal?
