Re-Migrate data to Payroll

I have added additional data in STP post migration to Payroll. Can this new Pay Run be migrated to Payroll? How do we migrate additional data or redo migration?

Unfortunately not. Migration can only be completed once and is one of the reasons why we recommend not going back to the STP app once you've migrated successfully.
You make updates to your employee data eg YTD balances in the Payroll App to accommodate the changes from the new submission you sent from the STP app manually if you'd like.

So submit an update to the PayRun that has been updated in STP?

No instead, go into the employee profile in the Payroll App, click on Edit and then scroll over to the 'Initial Year to Date' tab. Make the necessary corrections to the balances for your employee as what they should be now. This new balance will then be sent to the ATO upon your next successful submission from the Payroll App.

once i correct the YTD tab, the Pay Summary is incorrect.
eg: YTD earnings were updated to Earnings, Tax and Super guarantee
however Pay summary is now showing
$68212 total gross pay, tax $12110, Total super $1336.68

@spikes The pay summary should show what you entered in the YTD total of the Employee in Payroll App. The likely reason for Pay Summary to show anything different as you point out could be any new Payruns made in the new Payroll App or some of the STP migrated Payruns not being completed.
Might be useful if you cross check with what Employee Income statement in ATO MyGov portal is showing.
